  • Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast (sliced), 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp ginger (grated).

Instructions:

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add sliced chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and serve hot over rice or noodles.

2. Beef and Broccoli

This dish is a popular favorite known for its savory flavors and tender beef.

  • Ingredients: 1 lb beef (sliced thin), 2 cups broccoli florets, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

  3. Mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl, then pour it over the pork and veggies.
  4. Simmer for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Ingredients: 4 cups cooked rice, 3 eggs (beaten), 1 cup peas and carrots (frozen), 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 green onions (chopped), and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet, add eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add peas and carrots to the pan, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
