  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Before cooking, gather all the necessary ingredients and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. This will help them cook evenly and quickly.

Step 2: Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Once the shrimp are cooked, mix them with the vegetables in the skillet. Pour in the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
