  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Noodles

Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside. A drizzle of sesame oil can be added to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cook the Tofu

In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and sauté until it turns golden brown on all sides, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add a little more sesame oil if needed. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-6 minutes or until they are tender but still crisp.

Step 4: Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked noodles and browned tofu back into the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and mix everything well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Serve and Garnish

Remove from heat, and serve the noodle dish hot. For an extra touch, sprinkle sesame seeds on top as a garnish.
