Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface with one corner facing you, resembling a diamond shape. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetable filling near the corner closest to you. Fold the corner over the filling and roll it up tightly halfway. Fold in the sides and continue rolling until the spring roll is completely sealed. Use a little water to seal the edges if needed.

Step 3: Fry the Spring Rolls

Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the spring rolls in the oil, depending on the size of your pan (avoid overcrowding them). Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the spring rolls from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
