  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup dumpling wrappers

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.

  • 400g firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Coat each tofu cube in cornstarch, ensuring an even layer.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
  3. Drain on paper towels and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce before serving.
