After chilling, carefully boil the lobsters in a large pot of salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Once they’re cooked, transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Once the lobsters are cooled, you can crack the shells and remove the meat. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise, and set the meat aside while keeping the shells intact for presentation.

Now, it’s time to prepare the delightful sauce. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, minced garlic, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Whisk the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved, and all ingredients are well combined.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the sauce mixture and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Next, add the lobster meat to the pan, stirring it in the sauce and letting it soak up the flavors for another 3-4 minutes.

Once the lobster meat is heated through, return it to the shells. This step not only makes for a polished presentation but also keeps the lobster juicy. Carefully arrange the lobster halves on a serving platter.

Garnish the dish with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro to add a beautiful pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles to enjoy every bit of the flavorful sauce.
