Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Clean the pig’s trotters or pork ribs under running water. If you’re using trotters, it’s advisable to cut them into smaller pieces for better cooking. Peel the lotus root and slice it into thin rounds. Slice the ginger and set aside.
