Special Fried Rice Recipe

Special Fried Rice is a delicious and versatile dish that can be made with various ingredients to suit your taste preferences. Whether served as a main course or a side dish, this flavorful dish is sure to be a hit at any meal.

Ingredients: - 2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled overnight) - 2 eggs, beaten - 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, bell peppers, corn) - 1/2 cup diced chicken, shrimp, or tofu (optional) - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 small onion, diced - Salt and pepper to taste - Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions: 1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add a little oil. 2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. 4. Add the diced chicken, shrimp, or tofu (if using) and cook until browned. 5. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender. 6. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and add a little more oil. Add the chilled cooked rice to the empty side of the pan and break up any clumps. 7. Mix the rice with the other ingredients in the pan and stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. 8. Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and mix well with the rice and vegetables. 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 10. Continue to stir-fry the rice mixture until everything is heated through. 11. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
