Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Start by washing and cutting your vegetables. Slice the carrots, chop the bok choy, and slice the mushrooms and bell pepper. Setting all the vegetables aside makes the cooking process smoother.

Step 2: Sauté Aromatics

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing them for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be sure not to let them burn!

Step 6: Season and Serve

Taste the soup and add salt and pepper to your liking. Once well-seasoned, remove it from heat. Ladle the hot soup into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped green onions for an added crunch and flavor.
