Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Tofu

Start by cutting the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes and pan-fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Next, toss in your mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until they are crisp-tender. Aim for vibrant colors to create a visually appealing dish.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
